We are expecting this year's events to go ahead as "normal", according to the government roadmap which states that all restrictions will be lifted on 21st June. However, we will monitor the situation carefully and update the information as needed. Hopefully a lot of these answers will be irrelevant. Possibly your questions are the same ones I have!

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE THERE?

We’re currently selling a maximum of 250 tickets.

CAN I SIT WHERE I LIKE?

If 'social-distancing' rules end up being still in place on 26th June or new ones are introduced then a seating plan may have to be introduced with space between seats. We will then have to arrange bubbles and all sorts. Fingers crossed!

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

Yes.

HAND GEL?

Yes – there will be hand gel available for you to use as you come onto site, outside the Earthouse, outside the Viking Long House and elsewhere.

WILL THE SITE BE CLEAN?

Yes! Everything that can be cleaned will be cleaned before you come on site. If you know the site, you’ll appreciate that there will still be plenty of grass, mud and sheep poo!

WHAT ABOUT QUEUES AT BOX OFFICE?

We’ll do our best to avoid queues at box office by having more than one box office operating and by opening the site nice and early. If you need to queue, then please do so at a 2m distance. And please remember to wear your mask when at the box office.
At box office we’ll ask you for your name. We won’t ask to see your ticket, unless your name doesn’t appear on our list, and then we’ll need to check it. All tickets will be electronic tickets. You can print them out if you like.

WHAT ABOUT THE LOOS?

The loos in the Viking long house will have a one way system in operation. If they are busy, I’m afraid you’ll have to form an orderly, socially distanced queue. Do remember that there is another set of toilets at the entrance to the site, but we can’t make a one way system work there, so they’re a bit more tricky.

IF I’VE GOT COVID SYMPTOMS – CAN I STILL COME?

No! Please stay at home and get well soon.
